By making a reservation at or staying at Relax Inn Motel ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 41 Route 28, West Yarmouth, MA 02673, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations and Check-In

• Minimum age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before arrival at 3:00 PM, and you will not be charged. Times are based on the property's local time (Eastern Time).

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the first night's rate plus tax.

Payment

• We accept cash and all major credit cards.
• A deposit of $100 is collected at check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
• The deposit is refunded upon check-out provided no damages or policy violations have occurred.

Online Booking

Online reservations are processed through our third-party booking platform, eZee by Yanolja Cloud Solution, hosted at live.ipms247.com. When you make a reservation through this platform, you are also subject to their terms of service. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or issues originating from the third-party booking platform.

No Smoking

This hotel is 100% smoke free. If you or anyone accompanying you smokes in any guest room or any part of the building, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $150.00 per occurrence.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property. If a pet is found in a guest room, additional cleaning fees will apply.

Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furnishings, or property caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file or deducted from the security deposit.

Conduct and Right of Refusal

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests, staff, and the property. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if guest conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these terms.

Liability

Relax Inn Motel will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or any personal valuables of any kind. Guests use the pool and other property amenities at their own risk.

Seasonal Operation

Relax Inn is open April through mid-November. If you have questions about availability outside this window, please contact us directly.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free. Room rates and availability are subject to change without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from your stay or use of this website shall be resolved in the courts of Barnstable County, Massachusetts.
