Relax Inn has 40 rooms in four configurations: standard king, standard double queen, deluxe double queen, and deluxe king. All rooms face the parking lot and Route 28 - there are no water views. That's the honest answer, and it's not a dealbreaker: Seagull Beach is 5 minutes away.
Standard King - 7 Rooms
One king bed. Works well for couples or solo travelers who want the sleeping space of a king without paying for two beds they won't use. Renovated in 2024 with new flooring and updated WiFi throughout the property.

These are straightforward rooms - comfortable and functional. If you're here to spend time at the beach and just need a clean place to sleep, this is the right call.
Standard Double Queen - 29 Rooms
Two queen beds. This is our most common room type - 29 of our 40 rooms are double queens. Two queens fit up to 4 guests.

Standard kings and standard double queens are similar in room size - the difference is bed configuration, not square footage.
Deluxe Double Queen - 3 Rooms
Two queen beds with more square footage than our standard double queens. Our largest option, and the right call for families or groups of up to five who want real room to spread out.

Only 3 of these rooms available. They book early for July and August - reserve ahead if you want one for the summer.
Deluxe King - 1 Room
One king bed with more square footage than our standard king. The most spacious option for couples or solo travelers. Only one of this type at the property.

This is the only deluxe king at the property - it tends to book first. If you want it for a summer stay, reserve early.

Free parking directly outside your room. Outdoor pool open 9 AM-9 PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
What's Near Your Room
You're staying on Route 28 in West Yarmouth, the main road through the mid-Cape. Everything you need for a Cape Cod trip is within a short drive.
Beaches

Outdoor Activities

No water views. All rooms face the parking lot and Route 28. Seagull Beach is 5 minutes away.
No elevator. We're a two-story motel. If you need a ground-floor room, mention it when you book and we'll do our best.
Free parking. Unlimited, right outside your room. No garage, no valet, no fees.
Season: April through mid-November.
Pets: Not allowed.
